The successful freelancer must ensure PCI-DSS compliance standards and provide clean, documented code. Deliverables include a fully functional Flutter codebase, Figma design files, and API documentation. We expect the initial MVP to be completed within a 6-week sprint, including a week for rigorous QA and security penetration testing. Experience with state management (Bloc/Provider) and encrypted local storage is mandatory for this role.
