Hi everyone, I hope I am posting this in the right place. I own a small ceramic supply shop (just me and one part-time helper) where we sell 50lb clay boxes, dry glaze chemicals, and kiln shelves to local studios and high school art departments. Right now, ordering is a total mess. People text me, leave voicemails, or fill out a clunky Google Form I made three years ago that doesn't reserve bags in the back room or calculate local pallet delivery versus shop pickup.

Last month I tried setting up Shopify myself after watching YouTube videos for two weekends straight, but it got way too confusing trying to figure out volume discounts for schools and handling purchase order deposits. I ended up breaking our inventory count and had to refund two teachers manually, so I gave up.

I just need a clean web portal or ordering app where customers can select their clay bodies, see what we actually have in stock on the warehouse racks, choose delivery, and submit their order without calling me five times. Fall semester art classes start in five weeks and if I don't have this running before the district purchase orders hit, I'm going to drown in paperwork. I am not very tech savvy so I need someone patient who can walk me through how to change prices later without breaking anything. Thanks!
