We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop a mobile-first microlearning course focused on Workplace Safety Compliance. The project involves converting 50 pages of static PDF manuals into engaging, bite-sized learning modules optimized for small screens. Deliverables include a comprehensive storyboard, interactive quiz elements, and the final SCORM-compliant package developed in Articulate Rise 360 or Adobe Captivate. The content must prioritize touch-friendly navigation and high-contrast visual elements for field workers. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of mobile learning examples and an understanding of spaced repetition principles. We expect the first draft of the storyboards within two weeks, with the final interactive build completed and tested for both iOS and Android browsers within a total project timeline of 30 days.
