Custom MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor for Multi-Indicator Breakout Strategy

We are seeking an experienced MQL5 developer to build a robust Expert Advisor (EA) for the MetaTrader 5 platform. The strategy is based on a combination of Bollinger Band breakouts and RSI divergence filters. The EA must include advanced risk management features such as dynamic position sizing based on account equity, trailing stop-losses, and a daily loss limit circuit breaker. Deliverables include the source code (.mq5), a compiled file (.ex5), and a comprehensive backtesting report covering the last two years of EUR/USD data. The code must be well-documented and optimized for low-latency execution to minimize slippage. We expect a functional prototype within 7 days for initial testing, with the final polished version delivered within 14 days. Familiarity with news filters via API integration is a significant plus.
