We are seeking a developer to build a secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal for a growing dermatology practice. The portal must allow patients to view their lab results, schedule appointments via a real-time calendar, and securely message their providers. Key technical requirements include a robust authentication system (MFA), end-to-end encryption for data at rest and in transit, and integration with our existing SQL-based EMR system via a custom API. Deliverables include a responsive web application, administrative dashboard for clinic staff, and full documentation for security protocols.
