The application must include secure user authentication, a real-time video consultation module using WebRTC or Twilio, and an integrated appointment scheduling system with automated reminders. Key deliverables include a responsive dashboard for doctors to manage patient records, a mobile-friendly interface for patients to book sessions, and a secure payment gateway integration (Stripe). Compliance with HIPAA regulations for data encryption and privacy is a non-negotiable requirement. We expect a clean, documented codebase and a deployment-ready version within 8 weeks.
