Need dev to build espresso machine inspection app (react native/flutter)

Hey guys, posting this on behalf of a long-time agency client who runs an espresso machine preventative maintenance and repair service.

Their field techs go out to coffee shops and hotel kitchens to do 20-point boiler teardowns and water filtration audits. Right now they're using a messy combo of Device Magic forms and shared Dropbox folders. I actually tried hacking together a Glide app for them last month to save time, but it completely choked on the offline photo markup and couldn't reliably spit out the clean 2-page PDF summary the cafe managers need signed before the tech leaves the site.

We need this rebuilt properly as a cross-platform mobile app (React Native or Flutter, whichever you prefer). Core flow is dead simple: tech logs in, pulls today's site list, fills out the inspection checklist, snaps a few photos inside the machine housing (with basic draw/annotation capability for circling scale buildup), captures customer signature, and compiles the formatted PDF report even if they are in a basement kitchen with zero cell signal.

The hard deadline is November 18th because that's when their holiday cafe maintenance rush kicks off and they're onboarding four new apprentice techs who need this on company iPhones. I already have the Figma screens completed and the HTML/CSS template for the PDF report ready to go. Supabase or Firebase backend is totally fine, just need someone reliable who can take my designs and wire this up quickly.
