Senior Flutter Developer for Secure Mobile Banking App Overhaul

We are seeking an experienced mobile app developer to help refactor and enhance our cross-platform mobile banking application built with Flutter. The project involves integrating biometric authentication (FaceID/TouchID), implementing end-to-end encrypted transaction flows, and redesigning the core dashboard for improved UX.

Key Deliverables:

• Biometric login and OAuth 2.0/OIDC integration with secure token storage.
• Real-time account balance and transaction history screen with offline encrypted caching.
• Secure peer-to-peer fund transfer module with multi-factor OTP verification.
• Full integration with our REST/GraphQL banking backend following PCI-DSS and OWASP mobile security guidelines.

Timeline & Requirements:

This is a milestone-based 6-week project requiring approximately 20 hours per week. Candidates must provide a portfolio of prior fintech or banking applications and will be required to sign an NDA prior to accessing our Figma design files and API staging environment.
