You will be responsible for verifying property taxes, school zones, and square footage against public records to ensure 100% accuracy. Deliverables include a finalized spreadsheet of all listings, updated live postings, and a brief market comparison report for three target neighborhoods. This project needs to be completed within three weeks, with weekly progress updates. Proficiency in real estate terminology and experience with listing management software is required to ensure the high standard of quality our luxury brand demands.
