We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to manage and optimize 150 high-end property listings for our international real estate platform. The primary objective is to migrate raw data from our internal database to our live CMS while ensuring each listing is market-ready. Key responsibilities include writing compelling, SEO-friendly property descriptions, selecting and arranging the highest-quality professional photography, and ensuring all metadata (square footage, amenities, location tags) is 100% accurate. You will also be responsible for light photo resizing and checking for broken links. The ideal candidate has experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms and a strong command of real estate terminology. We expect the full portfolio to be live within 14 days, with a first-batch review of 20 properties due by day 3. Consistent communication and a high level of accuracy are non-negotiable for this project.
