build simple next.js daily ordering portal for wholesale bakery (replace whatsapp)

We supply pastry and bread to 22 cafes and need a lean Next.js/Supabase ordering portal with strict 2:00 PM daily cut-offs and standing order templates to replace messy WhatsApp threads. The app must aggregate daily SKU totals and generate a morning bake-sheet PDF via react-pdf by May 15th before our summer rush starts. You will work directly from our Figma wireframes and existing Postgres schema.
