Need developer to fix stripe split payouts and team seats on our course site

Hi everyone, let me explain what we do first so this makes sense. I run a training platform called TreeClimb Academy where certified master arborists sell video safety courses (aerial rigging, chainsaw maintenance, crane removals) to tree service owners who buy them for their whole crew.

The issue is how the marketplace engine connects to the payment gateway. We are currently running WordPress with Tutor LMS Pro and WooCommerce. When a tree care company buys 10 seats for their crew, the system is supposed to do a split payout where our 25% commission stays in our main Stripe account and the other 75% transfers over to the teacher's Stripe account automatically. At the same time, it is supposed to email a master roster code so the owner can add his workers.

I hired a person last month to write custom PHP scripts into our theme to handle the Stripe payload, but it completely broke the checkout loop. Right now when someone pays, Stripe processes the credit card but the instructor balance stays at zero and the user gets a 504 gateway timeout instead of the student enrollment emails.

The state tree care association is featuring our course hub in their summer safety bulletin coming out on June 12th, so I am under the gun to get this working properly. Looking for someone who actually understands how Stripe marketplace accounts and LMS team licenses sync up.
