We recently migrated to a multi-tenant SaaS architecture and need to transition from basic Google Analytics to a robust Mixpanel and Segment implementation. The project involves auditing our current event schema, implementing server-side event tracking via Node.js, and building five core executive dashboards focusing on user retention, churn cohorts, and feature engagement metrics. The ideal candidate will provide a detailed mapping document, successfully deploy the tracking code, and verify data accuracy against our internal SQL database. We expect the final delivery to include a 'Product Health' dashboard and a brief training session for our product team. Timeline for completion is three weeks, with the first week dedicated to the tracking plan and the subsequent weeks for implementation and QA.
