Need simple video triage & photo intake web app (daily.co / stripe)

Category: Web Development

Budget: 3000–3000 USDC

Running operations for an on-demand pediatric rash triage service (Rapid Derm Peds).

Right now our on-call nurses are juggling Spruce Health and JotForm. It is a mess. Photos get mixed up, and notes have to be manually copy-pasted into Elation EHR. We need a basic, secure web app for parents to submit photos, pay, and jump on a video call.

Deliverables:

  • Mobile-first intake screen: parent contact info, 3 rash photos uploaded to encrypted S3, brief symptom checklist.
  • Stripe integration: lock video room entry behind a $45 fixed checkout.
  • Video room: simple 1-on-1 call using Daily.co or Twilio Video with browser mic/camera permissions handling.
  • Clinician queue: single-page dashboard listing waiting patients, elapsed wait time, and photo preview window.
  • Basic audit logging and Supabase Postgres setup with signed BAA.

Deadline is October 10th hard stop. We have 6 new pediatric nurses starting their shifts that week and cannot run another month on manual forms.

Send 1-2 examples of WebRTC or telehealth workflows you built. Independent devs only.
