Need help analyzing stained glass shop sales data from shopify (excel/csv)

Hi, I run an independent stained glass and mosaic craft supply store. I have never hired anyone on here before, so please bear with me.

I have about three years of raw sales history exported from Shopify POS and Clover across several CSV files, plus an inventory cost spreadsheet in Excel that has gotten out of hand. Right now, I can't clearly see which glass sheets and specialty solder brands actually generate profit after freight costs versus which ones just sit on the racks for months.

My primary distributor in Ohio has an annual pre-order cutoff on May 15th for wholesale volume discounts, so I need clean insights before then so I don't sink cash into slow movers.

Deliverables:

• Clean up and merge my 3 raw CSV sales exports into one tidy file
• Summary report showing top profit SKUs vs dead stock tying up cash
• A straightforward, easy-to-read dashboard (in Excel or Google Sheets) that I can refresh myself each month
