Interactive 3D Virtual Tour for Luxury Residential Real Estate

We are seeking a professional photographer and virtual tour creator to produce a high-quality interactive walkthrough for a 5,500 sq. ft. luxury property. The project requires capturing high-resolution 360-degree imagery and stitching them into a seamless, navigable experience. The final deliverable must include an embedded floor plan, interactive 'hotspots' highlighting premium appliances and architectural features, and a mobile-responsive interface. We prefer a Matterport-compatible output or a custom-coded solution using Pano2VR or 3DVista. The professional will be responsible for color grading, removal of tripod reflections, and hosting the final tour for an initial 12-month period. We expect a completed version within 10 business days of the on-site shoot. Please provide a portfolio of previous residential tours with your proposal.
