Need simple phone app to log clock parts and take photos before our shop move

I run an antique clock repair shop and currently track jobs with index cards taped to the wooden cases, but they keep falling off. I need a basic app on my phone where I can snap a picture of each clock, type in the drawer number for its pendulum and key, and check off repair steps. We are moving to a new workshop next month and I need this ready so parts do not get mixed up during the move.
