We are seeking an experienced full-stack web developer to build a modern, responsive property listing platform for our boutique real estate brokerage. The core requirement is integrating an active MLS/IDX feed via standard APIs (such as RESO Web API) to display real-time residential and commercial listings. Deliverables include a searchable map interface (Mapbox or Google Maps), advanced filtering options (price range, property type, square footage, neighborhood), dynamic single-property detail pages with high-resolution image galleries, virtual tour embeds, and direct inquiry lead capture forms. The platform must be SEO-optimized, mobile-responsive, and integrated with WordPress or built using Next.js/React with a lightweight headless CMS. Timeline for completion is 4 to 6 weeks, with milestones for wireframes, API integration testing, and final deployment on our staging server.
