flutter dev to build ble modbus app for refrigeration rack controllers

We need a Flutter developer to build a field utility that connects via BLE to our RS485 bridge dongles on Carel supermarket rack controllers.

Our techs currently lug Panasonic Toughbooks running a Python CLI to pull fault tables and compressor run hours. You will handle Nordic UART BLE communication, serialize Modbus RTU requests, parse holding registers, and cache readings in local SQLite before syncing to our Django REST API.

Must be tested on physical hardware before our summer grocery PM cycle starts June 15th.
