We are seeking an experienced full-stack mobile developer to build the MVP for a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform connecting pediatricians with parents. The application requires secure 1-on-1 video consultations via WebRTC or Twilio, real-time messaging, appointment scheduling, and Stripe payment gateway integration. Key deliverables include a cross-platform React Native mobile app (iOS/Android), a Node.js/Express backend with PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure set up on AWS HIPAA-eligible services. You will also implement end-to-end encryption for chat and secure EHR document sharing. The expected timeline is 6 to 8 weeks, structured across three milestone-based deliverables: 1) User Auth, Profiles & Scheduling, 2) Video Consultations & Chat, and 3) Payment Processing, Testing & Deployment. Proven experience building secure healthcare or fintech applications is strictly required.
