We are seeking an experienced mobile developer to build a cross-platform telemedicine application using React Native and Firebase. The project involves creating a secure patient portal with features including real-time video consultations (via Twilio or Agora), an appointment scheduling system with automated reminders, and a secure document upload tool for prescriptions. The backend must be architected with HIPAA compliance in mind, ensuring all PII and PHI data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Deliverables include the source code, a technical architecture document, and successful deployment to both iOS App Store and Google Play Store. We expect an MVP version within 6 weeks, followed by a week of rigorous UAT and bug fixing. Candidates must have prior experience with healthcare apps and real-time communication protocols.
