need help building an analytics dashboard for my office plant care company
Category: Data Science
Budget: 1100–1100 USDC
I run an indoor office plant leasing and plantscaping business in Denver (we install, water, and rotate potted plants for tech offices and legal firms). Right now our business numbers are all over the place. We track tech visits in Route4Me, billing in QuickBooks, and plant inventory in Airtable, but I have no clear way to see which client accounts are actually making money.
I tried setting up Mixpanel and Google Data Studio myself to create an analytics portal, but the data webhooks keep failing and my SQL scripts aren't pulling the customer tables properly. I have our spring partner review on April 22nd and need one simple dashboard that shows our numbers clearly.
Deliverables:
- Connect our Airtable base and Route4Me exports into a centralized dashboard (open to Metabase, Tableau, or Looker)
- Build 3 views: Account Margins, Tech Route Hours, and Plant Replacement/Mortality Rates
- Set up automated daily syncs so we do not have to manually upload CSVs
- Quick 20-minute video walkthrough showing me how to export quarterly summaries
Skills required
- Data Analytics
- Metabase
- Airtable
- Dashboard
- ETL
Milestones are funded into USDC escrow on Polygon before work begins.
