We are seeking a professional to create a high-quality, interactive virtual tour for a 4,500 sq. ft. luxury property. The project requires capturing the space using Matterport or similar high-end 360-degree technology. The final deliverable must include a seamless walkthrough experience, integrated interactive hotspots highlighting premium features (e.g., smart home systems, custom finishes), and high-resolution 2D floor plans. We expect the freelancer to handle all post-production, including color correction and blur-masking of sensitive information. The final output must be compatible for embedding on our agency website and MLS listings. Experience with real estate staging and architectural photography is highly preferred. We aim to have the project completed within 10 days of the site visit, including one round of revisions based on initial feedback.
