We are seeking a skilled virtual tour creator to develop a high-quality, interactive walkthrough for a newly completed 5,000 sq. ft. luxury residential property. The project requires the stitching and post-processing of approximately 25 high-resolution 360-degree panoramas. The final deliverable must be a self-hosted HTML5 tour or a compatible Matterport/Kuula link featuring interactive hotspots, custom navigation menus, and embedded informational pop-ups for high-end appliances. Key requirements include professional color grading, removal of tripod reflections, and seamless transitions between rooms. Experience with drone-based 360° aerial photography is a plus, as we wish to include one exterior aerial vantage point. The completed tour must be mobile-responsive and optimized for fast loading on commercial websites. We expect the first draft within 7 days, with one round of minor revisions included.
