We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer to build a secure, responsive, HIPAA-compliant patient portal for our private medical clinic. Key features include user authentication with multi-factor verification, appointment self-scheduling, a secure direct messaging module between patients and practitioners, lab result viewing, and medical bill payment integration via Stripe. Deliverables include the frontend built in React, a robust backend API in Node.js, and clean database schema integration using PostgreSQL. The developer will also configure end-to-end encryption for stored records and in-transit data on AWS. We expect the project to be completed within 6 to 8 weeks across three defined milestones: UI/UX implementation, API/security integration, and final testing with deployment. Proven experience with healthcare software compliance is required.
