Need an iphone app for my piano tuning business before fall semester

Category: Mobile Development

Budget: 2355–2355 USDC

Hi everybody, I run a traveling piano service called Keystone Piano Care. Right now it is just me and three apprentice tuners driving around in vans doing pitch raises, regulation, and humidity control installations for private homes and local music schools.

Our whole workflow is honestly a mess right now. When a tech finishes tuning a grand piano, they write the pitch frequency (A440 vs A442) and pin tightness numbers on a carbon copy yellow receipt pad, snap a photo with their phone, and upload it to a shared Trello card. Half the time the photos are blurry or the guys forget to log the Dampp-Chaser pad replacement date, so we miss the 6-month refill service reminders.

We hired a local student last month to build us a native Apple app using React script, but he had to leave for an internship and only left us some Figma screens that do not actually click into a real database.

What we need is a simple iOS app (we all carry company iPhone 12s) where the technician selects the client, checks 5 inspection boxes, types the tuning specs, and taps generate report. That should automatically email a clean PDF receipt to the client and push the log into our cloud SQL spreadsheet. We have over 400 school pianos booked before the university music department opens on August 20th, so we really need this working in time.
