We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to manage and optimize property listings for our luxury residential portfolio. You will be responsible for creating compelling, SEO-friendly descriptions for 50 high-end properties and uploading them across multiple platforms including Zillow, MLS, and our internal WordPress site. Deliverables include professionally edited property descriptions, optimized image alt-tags, and accurate data entry of property features. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate marketing and a keen eye for architectural details. We expect the first batch of 10 listings within the first week, with the full project completed within 30 days. You must ensure all listings adhere to Fair Housing Act guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice. Access to our internal CMS and high-res assets will be provided upon signing a non-disclosure agreement.
