Interactive Mobile Learning Module for Corporate Compliance Training

We are seeking a skilled instructional designer and mobile developer to create a 15-minute interactive micro-learning module focused on Workplace Compliance. The project involves converting existing slide-based content into a mobile-first experience optimized for iOS and Android devices. Requirements include creating interactive scenarios, branching logic quizzes, and high-quality visual assets. The final deliverable must be a SCORM 1.2 or xAPI compliant package ready for LMS integration. Key features should include a progress tracker and downloadable reference guides. We expect the initial storyboard within one week, a functional prototype by week two, and the final polished module by the end of week four. Experience with Articulate Rise 360 or Adobe Captivate is preferred, but custom HTML5/React Native solutions are also welcome if they meet accessibility standards.
