Stripe and PayPal Integration for React/Node.js E-commerce Platform

We are seeking a senior full-stack developer to integrate a robust payment processing system into our existing custom-built e-commerce marketplace. The project requires the implementation of Stripe Connect for multi-vendor split payments and PayPal Checkout as a secondary option. Key deliverables include a secure checkout flow, automated invoicing, webhook handling for subscription renewals, and a functional refund dashboard for administrators. You must ensure PCI compliance and implement SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) for our European users. The backend is built on Node.js/Express with a PostgreSQL database, and the frontend uses React. We expect the integration to be fully tested in a sandbox environment before migration to production. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with payment gateways and security best practices. We anticipate this project will take approximately three weeks from start to final deployment, including documentation.
