help putting our 2 upstairs rental apartments on zillow and airbnb

I run an independent bookstore and need someone to help write and publish listings for the two furnished flats above our shop. I have all the photos on my phone and notes on rent prices, but my current tenant leaves on June 1st and I have never done this online before.
