React Native Developer for Gamified Microlearning Mobile App

We are seeking an experienced mobile app developer to build an MVP for a corporate microlearning app targeting iOS and Android using React Native or Flutter. The application enables employees to complete bite-sized daily training modules (3-5 minutes), track learning streaks, and earn badges on team leaderboards.

Key Requirements & Deliverables:

• Build an interactive quiz engine supporting multiple-choice, drag-and-drop, and flashcard exercises.
• Integrate Firebase for user authentication, real-time progress syncing, and daily push notification reminders.
• Implement offline mode allowing users to download upcoming modules and sync results later.
• Translate existing Figma designs into clean, responsive mobile UI components.
• Deliver well-documented source code and assist with TestFlight/Google Play Internal Testing deployments.

The project timeline is 6 to 8 weeks, starting immediately. Prior experience building EdTech or gamified learning platforms is strongly preferred. Please share links to published apps in your proposal.
