need help fixing thinkific storm files and certificate zap before audit

I run an overhead crane and rigging school. We train warehouse crews on state safety rules. Right now we host our classes on Thinkific, but we have an issue with our storm files (the interactive slide packages).

Workers are skipping ahead without finishing the 40 required hours, and the Zapier web hook sends out the certificate PDF even if they fail the quiz. Our annual state audit is May 12th and I need this locked down so students can't fast-forward and the diploma only emails on a passing grade.
