Mobile-First Microlearning Course Development for Retail Staff

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop a mobile-first microlearning series focused on customer service excellence. The project involves creating five 3-5 minute interactive modules optimized for vertical viewing on smartphones. Requirements include writing concise scripts, designing interactive quizzes, and integrating gamification elements using Articulate Rise 360 or similar tools. Deliverables include a detailed storyboard, high-fidelity prototypes, and the final SCORM 1.2 compliant files compatible with our mobile LMS. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio in m-learning and understands the constraints of mobile data and small screens. We expect the project to be completed within 4 weeks, including two rounds of revisions based on stakeholder feedback. Success will be measured by learner engagement rates and assessment scores.
