We run digital ops for a regional self-storage client with five facilities across Ohio. Right now, their general manager manually pulls daily occupancy and delinquency reports from SiteLink into massive Google Sheets, which crash constantly and give conflicting numbers.

We need someone to spin up a Metabase instance connected to their read-replica Postgres database, rebuild their key metrics (economic vs physical occupancy, discounting trends, and tenant churn by unit size), and set up automated weekly executive snapshots before their lender audit meeting on the 18th.
