Interactive Mobile Learning Module for Corporate Compliance Training

We are seeking a freelance Instructional Designer and Mobile Developer to create a series of three micro-learning modules focused on corporate compliance and data privacy. The content must be optimized for mobile-first consumption, utilizing a vertical scroll format and interactive elements like knowledge checks, drag-and-drop scenarios, and short video embeds. Deliverables include the source files (Articulate Rise 360 or Adobe Captivate) and SCORM 1.2/2004 compatible packages. The modules should be responsive, accessible (WCAG 2.1 compliant), and visually aligned with our brand guidelines. The project timeline is four weeks, with a prototype review due at the end of week two. Experience in UI/UX for small screens and a portfolio demonstrating previous mobile learning projects are required. High-quality assets and scripts will be provided, but the freelancer is responsible for all assembly, animation, and logic implementation.
