We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer or small agency to build a secure, responsive patient portal for our private medical practice. The portal will enable patients to schedule appointments, view lab results, securely message providers, and pay invoices online. Key requirements include role-based authentication, end-to-end encrypted messaging, and integration with our existing EHR system via FHIR/HL7 APIs. Deliverables include a fully responsive React frontend, a secure Node.js/PostgreSQL backend, complete API documentation, and deployment to a HIPAA-compliant AWS environment. We require automated testing and a 2-week post-launch support window for bug fixes. The expected project timeline is 6 to 8 weeks.
