Instructional Designer for Micro-Learning Mobile Sales Training

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to convert our existing 50-page corporate sales manual into a series of engaging, mobile-first micro-learning modules. The project involves creating 12 interactive lessons (3-5 minutes each) optimized for smartphone consumption. Key deliverables include high-fidelity storyboards, interactive knowledge checks, and the final SCORM/xAPI compliant files exported for the TalentLMS mobile app. The content must prioritize vertical layout design, touch-friendly navigation, and concise, high-impact copy. You will work closely with our SME to ensure technical accuracy while maintaining a gamified learning experience. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio in mobile learning and experience with Articulate Rise or similar responsive tools. We expect the full curriculum to be completed and tested within a 4-week timeline, including two rounds of iterative feedback.
