We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to manage the migration and optimization of 150 high-end property listings from our internal database to multiple platforms including Zillow, MLS, and our WordPress site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting compelling, SEO-friendly property descriptions based on provided spec sheets, resizing and watermarking high-resolution imagery, and ensuring all metadata (neighborhood tags, amenities, and square footage) is accurately categorized. Deliverables include 150 fully published listings and a consolidated Google Sheet tracking the live URLs and status of each entry. We expect this project to be completed within a 14-day timeframe, with a progress update required at the end of the first week. Experience with real estate CRM tools and basic photo editing is essential for success in this role.
