need simple mobile ordering app for charter boat ice & bait delivery

We run a dockside bulk ice and bait delivery service for charter captains, but right now everyone just texts my personal cell all night which is causing tons of missed drops. I need a basic mobile ordering app where captains can select their slip number, pick bag quantities, and pay by card before our big tournament rush starts July 12th. It just needs to connect to a Google Sheets database or whatever back-end server script works so it automatically texts my drivers the packing slip.
