Deliverables must include a self-hosted HTML5 tour folder and a Matterport-compatible link if applicable. Key requirements include the integration of 'hotspots' for property details, custom branding elements, and background ambient sound. You will be responsible for color grading the raw 360 files to ensure a premium aesthetic. The final product must be mobile-responsive and optimized for fast web loading. We expect a draft for review within 7 days, with the final polished version delivered within 10 days of project commencement. Previous experience with high-end real estate visualization and a strong portfolio of interactive tours is mandatory.
