connect bridge interactive reso api to postgres for commercial listing sync

We need a backend developer to build an automated ingestion pipeline pulling commercial warehouse listings from a Bridge Interactive RESO Web API into our Postgres/PostGIS database. Right now our brokers manually copy-paste square footage, clear-height specs, and rail-access data from PDF flyers. You will handle OAuth authentication, differential sync every 15 minutes, image piping to Cloudflare R2 with WebP conversion, and geospatial point indexing. Must know MLS data schemas and Node.js with Kysely or Prisma. Need this verified in staging before our broker summit on the 18th.
