Need data person to make sense of our linen rental loss & route numbers
Category: Data Science
Budget: 800–800 USDC
I run a table linen and chair cover rental service for wedding venues and hotel banquets. We run 4 delivery vans and service about 80 active venue accounts. Right now we are bleeding money on replacement napkin stock and late laundry turnarounds, but all my numbers are completely disconnected.
I pull raw CSV exports out of Booqable, mileage logs from our driver tablets, and weekly wash weight invoices from our commercial laundry plant into one giant Google Sheet. I tried putting together some SQL formulas and VLOOKUP algorithms myself to track which venues lose our tablecloths, but everything broke with #REF errors and crashes my browser.
Our loan officer needs a clear customer profitability summary and inventory loss breakdown before our bank credit line review on April 14th.
Deliverables:
- Clean and combine our Booqable order history, laundry bills, and delivery logs
- Build a straightforward dashboard showing profit margins and linen loss rates per venue account
- Create a simple button or automated refresh so I do not have to manually paste CSVs each week
