Stripe and PayPal API Integration for Subscription-Based SaaS Platform

We are seeking an experienced backend developer to integrate a robust payment processing system into our existing Node.js/React SaaS platform. The project requires the implementation of both Stripe (for credit cards and Apple Pay) and PayPal. Key deliverables include setting up tiered subscription logic, handling webhooks for failed payments and renewals, and creating a user-facing billing dashboard for invoice downloads and plan upgrades. You will be responsible for ensuring PCI compliance through secure tokenization and providing comprehensive documentation for the API endpoints created. The ideal candidate has prior experience with Stripe Billing and SCA requirements. We expect the integration to be completed, tested in sandbox environments, and ready for production deployment within 3 weeks. Success will be measured by a seamless checkout flow and accurate data synchronization between the payment gateways and our PostgreSQL database.
