We are seeking a skilled developer to integrate a real-time delivery tracking system into our existing React/Node.js e-commerce platform. The project requires building a dashboard that displays live courier locations using Google Maps API and updates order statuses via WebSockets. Key deliverables include a driver-side mobile-responsive interface for location broadcasting, a customer-facing tracking page with estimated arrival times, and backend integration with our PostgreSQL database to log route history. The system must handle high-concurrency location updates efficiently and provide fallback mechanisms for poor signal areas. We expect this project to be completed within 4 weeks, including a rigorous testing phase for location accuracy and API cost optimization.
