Need Expo dev to fix offline photo & signature sync for marina app

Our client runs a boat charter fleet in Tampa and needs their React Native check-in app wrapped up. The UI is already built in Expo, but offline photo caching and digital signature sync with Supabase fail whenever dock Wi-Fi drops, and we promised them a working build before their season kickoff next Friday.
