brand identity & figma tokens for ebpf dev tool (hn launch in 3 wks)

We are spinning out our internal eBPF network telemetry daemon into a public CLI tool and hosted console. Right now we are using default Tailwind colors and a placeholder ASCII glyph in our GitHub repo.

We need a cohesive brand system before our Hacker News launch on the 18th. Deliverables must include primary SVG logomarks (light/dark versions, clean bezier points, no auto-trace mess), a tight monospace-compatible color palette, and structured Figma design tokens exported to a JSON theme for Tailwind v4. No fluff or slide decks needed.
