React Native Developer for HIPAA-Compliant Telemedicine Patient Portal

We are seeking a senior mobile developer to build a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine application for iOS and Android using React Native. The project involves migrating our existing web-based scheduling system into a dedicated mobile experience. Key deliverables include a secure user authentication flow (JWT/OAuth), a real-time video consultation module using WebRTC or Agora SDK, and an integrated chat feature for doctor-patient messaging. You will be responsible for implementing end-to-end encryption for all data transfers and ensuring the UI matches our Figma wireframes. The backend is already built on Node.js/PostgreSQL. We expect a functional MVP within 6 weeks, including automated testing scripts and documentation for the video integration logic. Experience with healthcare data standards and secure socket layers is highly preferred.
