simple ipad app for my shoe repair shop to replace paper claim tickets

Hi, I run a small shoe and boot repair shop. Right now I still use old carbon-copy paper tickets stapled to shoe bags to track drop-offs, but it's getting out of hand and we misplace tickets. I need a straightforward mobile app (iPad or iPhone) so I can log repairs quickly and get rid of the paper tags.

Boot season starts the first week of November and I need this working before the rush hits so I am not drowning in clipboards.

Deliverables:

• Quick intake screen: snap a photo of the shoes, tap repair types (half sole, heel tap, zipper), enter customer name and phone number
• Active repair list showing what is in progress and what is done
• Automatic SMS notification to the customer with a photo when I tap "Ready for Pickup"
• Simple search bar to look up an order by customer phone number

I have never hired a freelancer online before, so please explain how you would build this and what account setup I need to pay for. Thank you!
