We are seeking a professional virtual tour creator to develop a high-end, interactive walkthrough for a newly renovated 12-unit residential complex. The project requires capturing high-resolution 360-degree imagery of three distinct floor plans, the fitness center, and the rooftop lounge. Deliverables must include a fully hosted Matterport or 3DVista tour featuring interactive hotspots that display appliance specifications and floor plan layouts. The final product must be mobile-responsive and easily embeddable on our property management website. We require the photographer to handle all post-production, including color correction, stitching, and UI customization. The project needs to be completed within three weeks of the onsite shoot. Applicants must provide a portfolio demonstrating previous experience with real estate or commercial hospitality tours. Accuracy in spatial mapping and high-dynamic-range (HDR) processing is essential for this luxury branding project.
