We are seeking a professional virtual tour creator to develop a high-end, interactive walkthrough for a newly completed 5-bedroom luxury estate. The project requires capturing and stitching high-resolution 360-degree panoramas of 12 distinct areas, including a gourmet kitchen, primary suite, and landscaped outdoor pool area. Deliverables must include a fully hosted Matterport or Pano2VR experience featuring interactive hotspots, custom navigation menus, embedded property specifications, and high-resolution floor plans. The final product must be mobile-responsive and optimized for web embedding. We expect a turnaround time of 10 business days from the date of the onsite shoot. The ideal candidate has a portfolio showcasing architectural photography and seamless transition logic. Please include links to your previous virtual tour projects in your proposal.
